Rich capitalists always ask: where do I find good people? But how do they expect to find good people when they want to pay themselves hundreds if not thousands of times more than their employees? As has been mentioned here with regards to property acquisition: You pay for shit you get shit. And capitalists, respond: “Well I’m paying the market wage for similar labor.” Who cares! The market wage is shit. Unloose the purse strings, pay your people equal to you (or close). You will get good people, or at least have the leverage to get good people…as well as immense respect from your employees for not being a stereotypical greedy shortsighted snivelling cheapskate capitalist. Capital always wants to cut cost on the human factor. That of all places is not the place to cheap out! IMO:)
